When I met Dohnny Whitten at Gold’s Gym June last year I had been recovering from a Quadruple Bypass done in Feb 2000. By happenstance I had just seen my Cardiologist a
few days before and he told me that I better lose the weight or I would be on the table again. I weighed over 245 lbs at 5’8”. Dohnny put together a program which included a low carb diet much like the Zone diet, which is recommended by the book “Body for Life”, and a systematic program for restructuring of my body. I had extreme pain from where the surgery had taken place and I was unable to sit for more than 10 minutes.

Today after almost 10 months consistent training I have lost 60 plus pounds and have now started adding muscle
replacing the fat. I owe Dohnny and my doctors my new life. I look younger and feel great. Never in my life did I think it was possible but Dohnny gave me back my dream.
