I cant thank you enough for the hard work you put in with me this fall. After our first work out I knew I was in for something I hadn't experienced . You pushed me, didn't let me quit, and through all of this I've seen an increase in my overall strength, stamina, and a better conditioning level.
As our time in the gym has gone on I have realized that you are more than just a trainer. You are extremely knowledgeable, driven, and passionate about what you do. It is because of this that I have been able to find out things about my approach to fitness that I never understood before. It is also through your ability as a trainer that I have been able to feel an increase in performance on the field.
Prior to working with you in the gym I had lifted and conditioned for a couple years, and what I was doing was working. I recently set goals to improve my stamina and throwing strength. After a few weeks in the Whitfit program, I found myself on my way to maximizing my ability with an increase in my total body strength, but more importantly my cardiovascular, core and throwing strength have all improved. I feel more athletic, light on my feet and able to have more controll of my body when I throw the ball.
It was difficult at times, but it was always worth it in the end. Constantly keeping guessing with new exercises has been a big key to my success on the field and in the gym. I appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you. I look forward to continuing our training, as I continue to keep on my malignance of our work. Your teachings have been ingrained as a positive in my mind, and through this I am stronger, smarter and have a great understanding of what kind of athlete I can be.
